Cam Boyd is the Principal of Boyd Building & Development, LLC, a development advisory firm based in Atascadero, California. Before founding the firm, Cam served as Chief Executive Officer of Coastal Community Builders, a Central Coast homebuilder and developer, through October 2026.
With over a decade in homebuilding and development and more than two decades in construction management, Cam has worked across San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties on the full life of residential and mixed-use projects: land and feasibility, entitlements, design and consultant teams, budgets and schedules, construction financing and investor capital, construction oversight, and sales.
